Website access – processing of personal data and type and purpose of use

When you visit our website, you transmit data to our web server via your Internet browser (for technical reasons). The following data is processed during an ongoing connection for communication between your Internet browser and our web server the page from which the file was requested – referrer URL, the name of the file, the date and time of the request, a description of the type of web browser used / browser version and operating system IP address of the requesting computer access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.).

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API, a map service provided by Google LLC (“Google”) to display an interactive map and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The legal basis for the processing results from Art. 6 I lit. a, f EU GDPR due to your voluntary information for the creation of a map and our legitimate interests in the presentation of our location as well as an easy findability of the places indicated by us on the website.

By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

Google will not link your IP address with other Google data under any circumstances. Nevertheless, it is technically possible that Google could identify at least individual users based on the data received. It is possible that personal data and personality profiles of users of the website could be processed by Google for other purposes over which we have and can have no influence. You have the option to deactivate Google Maps service and thus prevent the transfer of data to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. Data when using our contact form

If you send us a message via our contact form, you can also use a pseudonym instead of your real name. The entry of an e-mail address is necessary to enable us to contact you via e-mail.

We do not pass on the data you enter in the contact form to third parties or use this data for any other purpose than to answer your inquiry. Embedding of YouTube videos

We use plugins from the provider YouTube for embedding videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google LLC. with its registered office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

When you access the web pages of our website that contain such a plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the plugin is displayed. As a result, the YouTube server is informed which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged in to YouTube as a member, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, e.g. clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account and other user accounts of YouTube LLC and Google Inc. before using our websites and deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies.

Social Network Links

There are no social plugins from Facebook or other social networks integrated on these websites. Therefore, no program code of a social network is active on our pages. The icons for Facebook, Xing etc. on our website are merely linked images.

Google Web Fonts

On our websites, we use web fonts from Google (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA – Google) for the uniform display of fonts.
